Ingredients
- 1 Sheet of Puff Pastry
- 12 Mini Sausages
- Egg Wash
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 tbsp Milk
- Everything Bagel Seasoning or Sesame Seeds
Method
- Cut one sheet of puff pastry into 12 equal triangles
- Grab one trangle, cut it in half, and stretch vertically
- Place the mini sausage on the wider side of the tringle and wrap the sausage with it
- Whisk 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of milk to make the egg wash
- Brush each sausage roll with some egg wash and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit/ 190 degrees celsius
- Place the sausage rolls on a baking sheet and pop them into the oven for 25 – 30 minutes
