180 grams Lotus Biscoff Cream, melted (30 grams for the topping)
8 Lotus Biscoff Biscuits, crushed
Method
In a bowl, pour the sweetened condensed milk and toss in the white chocolate. Microwave in 1-minute increments for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
Now melt the Lotus Biscoff Cream for a minute in the microwave.
Add the melted Lotus Biscoff Cream and crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits into the white chocolate and condensed milk mixture. Give it a stir or two to keep a ripple effect.
