Description
Me and my mini-me are back with this easy peasy White Chocolate Fudge loaded with cranberries and pistachios! This White Chocolate Fudge is seriously the easiest dessert to make, with just 5 ingredients and 10 minutes of prep time. I’m sure you’re going to love this festive fudge!
Ingredients
- 600 grams White Chocolate
- 300 ml Condensed Milk
- 1/2 tbsp Salted Butter
- 150 grams Pistachio
- 150 grams Dried Cranberries
Method
- To a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate, condensed milk and butter.
- Microwave the mixture in 30 second increments for about 1.5 minutes or until the chocolate softens.
- Using a spatula, mix until everything combines and forms a silky smooth fudge mixture.
- Roughly chop the dried cranberries and pistachios and add them to the fudge. Fold them in until they are evenly distributed.
- Add the fudge to a lined 8x8inch tray and smooth it over. Top it with some more cranberries and pistachios and press them in with your spatula.
- Cover the tray with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours or until the fudge is firm.
- Remove the fudge from the tray, slice into bit-sized squares and plate it.
